I have provided strategic consulting to help businesses enhance product experiences and optimize operations. My expertise spans internal and customer-facing system design (CX/UX), defining and improving end-to-end customer journeys, and implementing human-centered design strategies that drive innovation and efficiency. I have partnered with clients to develop CX strategies, conducting requirement gathering, customer journey mapping, and Agile user story definition to align business goals with user needs. Through UX research, workshops, and stakeholder collaboration, I have helped organizations uncover critical insights, streamline workflows, and create seamless digital experiences.
One example of this work is my collaboration on the TeeJet Project, where I led the human-machine interface (HMI) redesign for an advanced GPS-guided field computer used in precision agriculture for semi-autonomous control of farming vehicles and equipment. By applying a human-centered design process, I helped reimagine the user experience for farmers, improving efficiency, usability, and system adaptability to real-world environmental conditions. The challenge was to elevate existing ag guidance systems by integrating real-time visual guidance, intuitive touchscreen controls, and adaptive mapping capabilities, ensuring seamless compatibility with various farming equipment. Whether for spraying, planting, or irrigation, the reimagined HMI helped farmers maximize field coverage, reduce input costs, and increase operational efficiency. By leading both the product team and farmers through a structured human-centered design process, I helped redefine what was possible—prioritizing safety, usability, and adaptability to environmental conditions while optimizing productivity, accuracy, and ease of use.
