WORLDWIDE HEAD OF USER EXPERIENCE

Project Kuiper is Amazon’s $20 billion initiative to deploy a constellation of over 3,000 low-Earth orbit satellites, creating a global broadband network to connect unserved and underserved communities. As the first UX hire and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I established the UX/CX program and design operations for the business from the ground up.

I built and led a team of senior designers and researchers to define a clear, strategic user experience vision for multi-modal digital experiences—targeting 8.4 million residential customers, as well as enterprise and government clients across 45 countries. Our work focused on delivering seamless, intuitive interactions that enhance accessibility and connectivity on a global scale.
